Rent-O is a platform that connects unused spaces with small businesses looking for flexible, short-term rental options.
You can think of us as Airbnb for business spaces.

Many venues, such as nightclubs, bars, and event spaces, stay empty during the day. Through Rent-O, these spaces can be listed (with our approval) and made available for small businesses, creatives, and entrepreneurs who need a place to work, create, or meet — without long-term commitments.

We strongly value community and collaboration. Our goal is not just to provide space, but to help create shared work environments where ideas, people, and businesses can meet and grow together.

Rent-O was founded by a group of students who combined their ideas and saw an opportunity to make better use of existing spaces while supporting small businesses. We believe in accessibility, flexibility, and building local communities through smarter space sharing.
